When sending Word documents to us make sure to supply all graphics and fonts separately.

Please note that opening your document on another computer can often siginifantly change the way the document appears, so a printed copy of your local document is necessary so we can identify any changes which will need manual rectification.

These alterations can be due to different versions of Word, fonts or printer settings which can change the margins. We strongly recommend you supply paper-proofs for us to check against.

Alternatively create a PDF of your file to make sure the documents appear and print as you intend them to.
