Pagefast always seeks to act in a professional and transparent way with its clients and our customer service is always uppermost in our minds. This applies to advertising sales just as much as other services we offer. Here is our commitment:
When making a sales call, at the earliest opportunity the Pagefast representative shall
- identify himself or herself
- identify the publication on behalf of which he is calling
- state the purpose of the contact
On request he shall provide his full contact details and the source through which he obtained the contact details of the advertiser.
On request Pagefast shall remove the advertiser’s name and details from any lists held by the company on which they appear.
Pagefast shall not:
- make false or misleading statements about itself or its client publication
- promise outcomes where those outcomes are not proven
- engage in conduct that is unfair or unconscionable; for example, shall not exploit a potential advertiser’s obvious inability to understand the proposition being put forward
- deliberately mis-state the cost of advertising
- provide advertiser contact details to any third party
- use foul or improper language
- use advertiser contacts for distribution of unsolicited mail, calls, or email
- persist with the contact if the advertiser has made clear that he/she is not willing to advertise and shall not make a repeat call within the same publication cycle
- other than by prior agreement, contact an advertiser before 8 am nor after 9 pm, on Sundays nor on public holidays
