The devil’s in the details…
The ink is dry and the job is done!
Well, no. The simplest printed page must at the minimum be precisely trimmed, and possibly scored and perforated and maybe folded. And before that, maybe laminated, encapsulated and UV varnished. Perhaps you’ve got multiple pages? Collated, therefore, and stitched, perfect bound, wiro bound or sewn.
It’s a long list, and a poor finish can ruin the hard work of the printer. As our head printer is a big lad our finishers have learned to do a tip-top job. The trick, we’ve found, is to be master of all trades and jack of none.
